Today the students had lots of unique experiences and opportunities out of the classroom. Today was like having a field trip without leaving the school. The day began with an elementary band from Dewdney Elementary (K to 7) singing and performing for an hour assisted by our own Mr. Duyndam. ,

After recess until lunch we had a second opportunity to work with clay to make another art project with Renee the same lady that helped us make the tiles. She will be back to do glazing around June 10 th.

We started the afternoon with buddies followed by P.E. and we ended the day with our regular Friday test (we did not have time to finish marking the test before the end of the day).

All in all we had an active day with 90 % of the time doing extra curricular things out of the classroom.
