The movie project
As the technology teacher in the school myself, and the class, get access to be apart of the new things that are happening in the school. Based on a comment from one of the students parents yesterday at the parent, student teacher conferences, that many of the students are looking for further challenges and ways of showing their learning we began a movie making project. The school purchased a stop animation program (Istop motion) and using a school Ipad some students, who are ahead in their work, created a small stop action movie which we imported to Imovie to create the following trailer. The students will be challenged to make their own small movies then Mrs. Wilson, the librarian, have some book focused projects for the students to work on. As well I am hoping that each of the small groups working on telling time can make video's on math concepts like telling time. Enjoy the first 20 attempt that took the group just 20 minutes to create. Mr. W
