Spelling Pre-TestMath: addition and subtraction practise, word problems
Science: Test on Light
Novel Study: Analysing our questions from last day and reading another chapter together
Langauge Arts: Compared Hansel and Gretel to Hansel and Diesel, a modern version of the traditional tale
Library: book exchange
Silent Reading
Gym: Students voted on which games to play. Colour tag and Poison Ball won!
My internet service has been spotty at home today, hence the short entry.
Students wrote their Science test this morning. Students were given as much time as they needed and anyone could have a question read aloud to them if they had difficulty reading. Good job everyone. When students finished, they turned their test over on their desks and silent read, to keep the room quiet until everyone finished writing. It was good practise for the upcoming FSAs.
